Cancellation, returns and refunds 

We have a 28-day cancellation / returns policy, which means you have 28 days after receiving your item to request a cancellation / return.

You have certain rights under the law. These include:

  • that any products supplied by us will be of satisfactory quality, fit for their intended purpose, and will conform to any description given on this Website;
  • certain remedies if a product is defective; and
  • a right to cancel your order within 28 working days, beginning the day after the day on which You receive the product, and to receive a full refund, even if the product is not defective. This right is subject to certain conditions and exceptions (see “Return of non-faulty goods” below).

Return of non-faulty goods

Our fragrance guarantee is designed for you to try the 20ml sample of your chosen fragrance before opening the full sized pack.  We hope you will be satisfied with your purchase but, if not, you have the right to return the unopened product to us within 28 days and receive a full refund provided:

  • you notify us  by email at savilerowprivatecollection@iconpartnership.co.uk that you are cancelling your purchase no later than the 28 working days after the day on which you received your product;
  • you have taken reasonable care of the product prior to return – in particular this means they must not have been damaged.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at savilerowprivatecollection@iconpartnership.co.uk We will then arrange for the returned item to be collected.

If the refund is approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at savilerowprivatecollection@iconpartnership.co.uk
